The Paralibrarian Board
The Paralibrarian Board are members of the section who are elected or appointed to govern the Paralibrarian section of the New Hampshire Library Association and represent the interests of those members within the Paralibrarian section. Our role is to keep the section running smoothly and meet the goals of the section to provide and recognize educational opportunities for professional non-MLS library staff. We're beholden to the bylaws of the section which you can download below.

Meetings
The Board meets bi-monthly for two hours, hybrid via Zoom and (usually) at the Hooksett Public Library. Meetings are typically held Wednesdays at 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. All members of the section are welcome to attend whether in-person or over Zoom - either way, drop us a line so we know to expect you!

Becoming an active member of the Paralibrarian Board is a fantastic way to network and gain experience working with a professional organization. Section members must attend two meetings before they're eligible for a Board position. Our ballot will go out in September so now's the time to express interest or sit in on a meeting!
