The New Hampshire Library Association’s annual fall conference will take place on Friday, November 4th from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Local Government Center (LGC) in Concord, NH. We have an exciting slate of speakers on hand, including our first-ever presentation in Skype/Webinar format by Valerie Gross, CEO of the Howard County Library System in Maryland. Valerie will explain a simple and effective strategy that will make all of us, our libraries, and our profession indispensable. It does not require changing anything we do – only modifying what we say. Other presentation topics during the day include Facebook Liability; When They Don’t Come – Trends in Library Programs; and Rapid Reviews.
